Grabbing under the bar with both hands. 

Pike Hang (bars)

Hanging with straight arms, legs straight and together in front of you.

Inverted Pike Hang (bars)

Hanging with straight arms & body upside down, in pike position.

Mixed Grip

Grabbing over the bar with one hand and under the bar with the other. 

Straddle Hang (bars)

Hanging with straight arms, legs straight and open in front of you.

Inverted Straddle Hang (bars)

Hanging with straight arms & body upside down, straddling legs on outside of arms.
