Recreational Camp Policies
(September 2020 – May 2021)
NO CANCELLATIONS OR REFUNDS
All children must be Plus members to enroll in camp.
All caretakers must be subscribed to our emails.
Camp is for children ages 4-12.
Children must be FULLY potty trained. Ms J’s is not a daycare facility and is not authorized to assist with bathroom related issues. Children should have a change of clothes in case of accidents and should be able to change themselves.
Tuition must be paid in full at the time of enrollment. Space is not reserved if tuition is not paid.
Registration is online only. No walk-ins will be accepted. Registration closes 24hrs in advance. Registration closes further in advance if a camp day is already at capacity. The office is closed on Sundays.
Tuition is not adjusted for late arrivals or early dismissals.
There is no minimum number of weeks/days required for enrollment.
Camp days with insufficient enrollment are subject to cancellation. In the event this happens, your full tuition will become a credit on your Ms. J's account to be used in the future.
If a camp day will be cancelled, you will be notified by email. Please make sure you are subscribed to our emails to ensure you receive this.
There is no stroller parking. Very limited bike and scooter racks are available outside. Please bring your own lock.
Drinks and Food are not provided. Please pack lunch, a snack, and a refillable water bottle.
We are not a nut-free facility but please be mindful and limit nut products.
Siblings, parents, and caregivers must stay out of the gym during camp unless otherwise instructed.
Please do not enter the building when dropping off your child. Adults and/ or guardians are not permitted to linger after drop-off. Doing so makes it tough, not only on your child but on other children and staff.
Please arrive on time for drop off and pick up. Staff is not available to supervise children who arrive early or are picked up late.
Drop off is promptly at 9am and no earlier than 9:00am. We do not have a waiting area available.
Arriving late for pickup will incur a charge of $10 per 15 minutes.
Please give us the name and relation of any and all persons who will be picking up your child.
There are no transfers of enrollment.
Camp must be paid in full at time of enrollment.
All cancellations must be sent by email. There are no refunds for cancelled camp days.
Children that behave in harmful manner to themselves or others will be sent home. Future camp days will be issued a full Ms. J's credit if a child is asked not to return to camp.
Children MUST have appropriate attire. No dresses, skirts, jeans, khakis, school uniforms, or other restrictive clothing. They should wear a leotard or other comfy and close fitting clothes. Baggy or stiff clothes are not safe and not allowed.
Hair MUST be secured back if it can reach their eyes – this goes for both girls and boys.
If the proper attire is not worn, your child will not be allowed to participate in class.
If they don’t have their hair secured, they will be required to purchase a hair tie for $1.

All participants must wear masks during camp. Gymnasts have a structured program of classes, games, & activities focused on gymnastics, dance, & movement.
$119 PER 9AM-2PM DAY
