  REC Gymnastics CLASS Tuition:

$172 / MONTH
(Monthly tuition is based on 4 classes. The months of Dec 2020 and June 2021 will be prorated to reflect the amount of classes of those months)


(Class enrollment is based on the child's age at the start of the season not at the time of enrollment.)

Each class has decreased ratios to maintain as much social distancing as possible. Please be mindful to adhere to the safety practices we have put in place. Class Ratios may change. Gymnasts and guardians that do not follow our safety measures will be asked to leave the premises immediately and will be terminated from the program.

Recreational Gymnastics Class Policies 2020-2021

  • All students must have a PLUS Membership to enroll in classes. (Annual fee of $55+tax per child)

  • ALL pages of Ms. J’s Packet must be completed to enroll for a class. (Found on our homepage here)

  • Tuitions are non-refundable and non-exchangeable after a payment is taken. 

  • In the event of an unforeseen closure, all enrollments will switchover to an online platform. All classes will turn into a 30min online class during your child’s original class time. Tuition will remain the same and if you wish to not proceed with an online platform, please email to be withdrawn from the class and future billing will be stopped. Remaining tuition is non-refundable or exchangeable and will be applied to the online platform. (Dropped students will not have their previous spot reserved upon reopening)

  • Payment is due in full at the time of enrollment. Billing is recurring and charged monthly. Billing for the upcoming month is completed on the 25th of the previous month, with the exception of January tuition to be billed on Dec 30th. To drop a class and stop auto-billing, cancellations must be submitted by the 20th of each month via email. Verbal requests will not be honored. DROPS MUST BE EMAILED to

  • Enrollment is completed in advance and closes 24hr before the class. Enrollments for active classes cannot be completed more than a week in advance.

  • Lobby and viewing areas will be operating at low capacity & masks are required to be worn. One adult per family is permitted. No siblings are permitted unless they are actively enrolled for an age appropriate class at the same time.

  • No EATING in the viewing areas. Viewing Areas have a capacity of 5 with sitting room only. Please do not move furniture.

  • All enrollments MUST have a valid credit card on file. Failure to do so will result in the suspension of your child’s enrollment.

  • There are no class transfers during the rec session (Sept 21, 2020-June 19, 2021). Previously dropped gymnasts may only enroll again in their original class if there is a spot available.

  • Instructors are subject to change.

  • Stroller, scooter, and bike parking is available in a designated area outside. Strollers, scooters, and bikes are not permitted inside due to capacity issues and safety reasons. There is no supervision of items parked outside

  • The child must enroll into the appropriate class based on his/her age. Class recommendations are based on the age of the child at the start of the season.

  • Shoes, jackets, etc. must be kept with a parent, in a cubby, or on a hook. Please do not leave your things lying around the lobby. There no longer is a lost and found and all items are discarded at the end of each program.

  • Students are not permitted in the gym before or after their class. They must be with their instructor to be in the gym and must exit the gym at the end of the class.

  • Due to our updated cleaning schedule and protocols, we ask that you please arrive no more than 10 minutes before your class and leave within 5 minutes after your class.

  • Classes with low enrollment are subject to cancellation.

  • Policies are subject to change with the times and families will be notified. All families enrolled in a class must be subscribed to Ms. J’s email blasts through the parent portal.


  • Students & Guardians over the age 2yrs MUST be wearing a mask to enter the space.
    Masks are required to be worn at all times in the lobby and viewing areas by all. Masks are required in the gym for adults and optional for gymnasts if and only if social distancing is maintained. (Guardians in adult assisted rec classes must keep their gymnast within the designated station areas as instructed)

  • Gymnasts must wear gymnastics appropriate attire: No dresses, skirts, jeans, khakis, tights, school uniforms, or other restrictive clothing are allowed. They should wear a leotard or other comfy, close-fitting clothes. Baggy or stiff clothes are not safe and not allowed.

  • Hair MUST be secured back if it can reach their eyes – this goes for all children.

  • If the proper attire is not worn, your child will not be allowed to participate in class.

  • If they don’t have their hair secured, they will be required to purchase a hair tie for $1.



  • Makeups are only granted for excused absences. To receive an excused absence please at least 24hrs prior to your scheduled class.

  • Gymnasts are limited to 4 makeups during the school year season (Sept 2020-June 2021)

  • Makeups are not guaranteed and are based on availability in other class sections. (We do our best to schedule them where space permits in the same or similar level as the original class!)

  • Makeups are not redeemable for cash, credit, or for other programs.

  • Absences without emailed notice will not be given makeups.

  • Gymnasts must be actively enrolled as Plus Members in a class to do makeups, they cannot be redeemed after the original session ends. 

  • All makeups are forfeited when a class enrollment is dropped.

  • Makeups cannot be carried over to another student.

  • Makeups cannot be scheduled prior to the missed class or more than a week in advance.

  • Makeups may be scheduled only by email to Please try to schedule your makeup as soon as possible after the missed class.
