Tot Party

This is a hybrid of our family fun sessions and our Dance/Gymnastics combo class. This is a great first class experience to get students acclimated to both the dance and gymnastics space. For half the session, a dance instructor will lead students through a dance class that combines elements of ballet, creative movement, and Jazz. For the other half of the session, children will be guided through one or two structured skills followed by guardian led freeplay. Active parent/caregiver participation is required throughout the class. Due to space, there can only be one adult per child. Cell phone use is not permitted during class to keep attention on the little ones. Sibling infants are permitted for these sessions and must be enrolled in advance to ensure the session remains at a safe capacity for all.

Ballet / Tap

This class introduces students to both Ballet and Tap disciplines. Half of each class will be dedicated to ballet positions, shapes, and progressions. Ms. J's Gym reserves the right to transfer a child to another class if all the skill requirements are not met.

It is easier to move a child up than move them down!

We prefer to encourage growth in a class rather than overwhelm gymnasts before they're ready.

At Ms. J's, we wish to foster love & passion for the sport first and foremost!
