Age: 9 months -

24 months

This is a hybrid of our family fun sessions and our Movers & Shakers class. This is a great first class experience to get new students and beginner students acclimated to the space. A coach starts each session with a warm-up and introduces guardians and little ones to fundamental shapes and movements of gymnastics. Coaches show guardians how to guide little ones through various stations and the different equipment. This class is crafted to bring flexibility and a looser structure to encourage little ones to grow confidence at their pace. Active parent/caregiver participation is required. Due to space, there can only be one adult in the gym per child. Cell phone use is not permitted during class to keep attention on the little ones. Sibling infants are permitted for these sessions and must be enrolled in advance to ensure the session remains at a safe capacity for all!

Ms. J's Gym reserves the right to transfer a child to another class if all the skill requirements are not met.

It is easier to move a child up than move them down!

We prefer to encourage growth in a class rather than overwhelm gymnasts before they're ready.

At Ms. J's, we wish to foster love & passion for the sport first and foremost!
