TODDLERS

TOT PARTY
9 months - 24 months
This is a hybrid of our family fun sessions and our Movers & Shakers class. This is a great first class experience to get new walkers and beginner students acclimated to the space
A coach starts each session with a warm-up and introduces guardians and little ones to fundamental shapes and movements of gymnastics. Guardians will be shown how to guide little ones through various stations and the different equipment. This class is crafted to bring flexibility and a looser structure to encourage little ones to grow confidence at their pace.
Active parent/caregiver participation is required.
Due to space, there can only be one adult in the gym per child. Cell phone use is not permitted during class to keep attention on the little ones.

MOVERS

Little ones will gain important social skills like taking turns, following directions, and staying with their group in their designated area. The classes are mostly obstacle courses based to keep you little ones moving.
