Important Reminders*

  • Children MUST be potty trained! (Due to USAG regulations, we’re unable to assist with bathroom needs, including clean-up after accidents. Parents will be called if an accident occurs and the child must be picked up.)

  • Kiddos must bring a water bottle, snacks, and a lunch (we do not provide snacks)

  • No loose clothing, no skirts, no dresses

  • Please drop off your child quickly. Adults and/ or guardians are not permitted to linger after drop-off.

  • Drop off is at 9am, no earlier

Cancelation Policy*​

  • To request a credit, you must email us at least 72hrs prior to the scheduled camp day in order to be eligible for a credit (credits expire June 30th, 2027 & are only applicable to other school year camp days)

  • If you request to switch days within the 72hr time frame, there is a $25 per day transfer fee (if space is available)

  • If you request to cancel within the 72hr time frame, there is no credit or refund given

  • In the event the owner approves of a refund, there will be a 10% processing fee. 

​*Camp dates are non-transferable and non-refundable 

Late Pick-Up Policy*​

  • Late pickup will incur a charge of $1 per 1min late (5min grace period)
