

Back at It Again!
Happy Sunday Funday! This week Ms. J’s gym wrapped up the last of our summer classes. Only a few days of camp remain and on the 10th of September Ms. J’s 2016-2017 Recreational Class session begins! During the summer, we ran a couple of classes for gymnasts that wanted to strengthen their skills while school was out. Summer classes help to keep students active. RIO 2016- Gymnastics Recap
This Sunday wrapped up the Rio 2016 Olympics. The prior Sunday was Ms. J’s Gym’s Olympic Party. This August has been filled with good spirit and tremendous handwork! We want to thank all of the gymnasts that were in Rio for exhibiting their dedication to the sport. Rhode to the Gold!
This past weekend was the USA Gymnastics’s Region 6 Congress Convention in Providence, Rhode Island. Our gym’s manager, Larissa Alvarez, and PUP Directer, Jerlin Andres, attended the convention! Ms. J’s Gym can’t wait to implement the great new skills and tips these two have picked up in Rhode Island. Summer Olympians & Under the Sea!
Last week wrapped up our Under the Sea week of camp. All this week we will be focused on the Olympics! The following Sunday will be our Olympic Party. Friday was our last day underwater. Throughout the week, we swam with the fishies! Ms. J’s Campers made jellyfishes, octopuses, treasure chests and fishbowls! Each day campers crafted a new creature or creation.
