Long Island Classic Invitational 2017

Happy Monday! Cheers to a new week! This weekend some of #MsJsTeam gymnasts represented Ms. J’s Gymnastics and Dance in Long Island. Gym-Nest hosted the Long Island Classic Invitational. The LI Classic is one of the largest invitationals on Long Island.

Our 2016-2017 Team Gymnasts had their second competition of the season. Our gymnasts continue to make strides with each practice and competition. This invitational was tough but rewarding. Our gymnasts will go forward and improve. The invitational was a great example of the current strengths and weaknesses of our gymnasts.

Ms. J’s Gym is immensely proud of this season’s gymnasts. The coaches and our gymnasts have been working hard to qualify for states. Ms. J’s Team Captain, Luna, placed third in vault and 8th on bars during this weekend’s invitational. The remaining gymnasts of Ms. J’s battled it out and performed their best. We look forward to our next meet!
